Do you find yourself and your team stuck in the middle of a challenging situation? Do you need to find out what the specific workplace challenges are, according to your employees? Need recommendations about where to start and what type of action is required to get "unstuck"? If so, a workplace review may be the answer. A workplace review may involve as little as a discussion about your challenges and possible resources and actions for your organization to consider. It may involve as much as in-depth interviews with each team member to gather qualitative information about both the strengths and the weaknesses in your workplace.
If your team is facing a particular issue such as conflict or lack of communication, group coaching may be in order. Your team would take part in training relevant to their challenge and through ongoing group planning and review session, your team is empowered to develop and maintain workable solutions. Group coaching is often a 1-hour session held monthly or every three months until their objectives have been met.
